Privacy Policy

Short version: Redditory is a static website. It has no accounts, no login, no comments, and no server that stores anything about you.

What we store on your device

The site uses your browser's local storage for two preferences only:

These never leave your browser. Clearing your browser data removes them. We do not set tracking cookies and do not use advertising pixels.

What we collect on the server

Nothing directly. There are no forms, no sign-ups and no analytics script embedded in these pages. The site is served as static files by our hosting provider, which — like any web host — processes standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for delivery and abuse prevention. We do not read, analyse or sell those logs.

Links to other sites

The directory links out to reddit.com and, in the adult section, to third-party creator platforms. Some of those outbound links are commercial and are marked as sponsored in the page markup. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's site, under their privacy policy, not ours.

Data about subreddits, not about people

The catalog describes communities: names, subscriber counts and public descriptions retrieved from the public Reddit API. It does not contain personal profiles, user post histories, or any information about individual Reddit users.

Children

This site is not directed at children. The adult section is intended for users aged 18 or over and is hidden unless explicitly enabled.

Removal requests

If you moderate a community and want its listing removed, or you believe something here concerns you personally, write to us via the contact page and we will act on it.
